Are prices fixed or negotiable?

Our package prices are starting points. Final pricing depends on your specific requirements, guest count, venue, and event date. We always work within your budget to deliver the best possible experience.

Can I mix services from different packages?

Absolutely! We offer complete flexibility. You can start with any package as a base and add or remove services to suit your needs. Our team will create a custom quote for you.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for smaller events, and 3–6 months for weddings and large corporate functions. Popular dates fill up quickly, especially during peak season.

Do you cater for events outside Harare?

Yes, we service events across Zimbabwe. Travel and logistics fees may apply for events outside the greater Harare area. Contact us for a quote.

What is your payment policy?

We require a 30% deposit to confirm your booking, with the balance due 7 days before the event. We accept EcoCash, bank transfer, and cash payments.
